Owner winemakers Tim and Erica Blue founded Adams Bench Winery in 2005. They produce 1000 cases of wine a year, Cabernet Sauvignon and other red wines, all reds, no whites. In the early years, all wines were produced on Hollywood Hill. The tasting room in Woodin Creek was established in 2021.  

Adams Bench wines have been much appreciated by consumers and highly rated by critics since the beginning. Whether a Columbia Valley creation or a single-vineyard selection, the winemaking style has consistently focused on producing wines which are uniquely approachable in youth, yet elegant with age.

Lance Baer founded Baer Winery in 2000 with a single passion — to bring something unique to Woodinville’s growing wine community.

Brian didn’t set out to be a blender. His art grew out of science and agriculture, and in fact, one wasn’t possible without the other. Since coming to Washington State in 1980, Brian has been at the forefront of the Washington wine industry. By encouraging growers to plant different varietals, he influenced both the quantity and quality of Washington State varietals, and tremendous improvements in the industry. In turn he was able to develop the concept for Brian Carter Cellars and his passion for blending.

Folks often ask us about our name and our frolicking Jester logo. Friends who knew of the Swiss origin of our name once told us it translates into “village idiot”. We continued to investigate (wouldn’t you?) and discovered the translation is actually closer to “jester” – an entertainer who tells the truth through comedy. We think the Jester and wine share the trait of balancing truth and pleasure.

A neighborhood food service escape and food delivery preparation center meeting today’s demands in the following categories: Eating Trends, Sustainability, Hyper Local Sourcing, Natural Ingredients, Customer Service, Ease of On-Line Ordering / Delivery, and Community Involvement. It is freshly prepared food via a differentiated taco experience. It is not a Mexican restaurant, it is a Taco Eatery. About a dozen taco options including fresh tortillas, slow cooked meat, mild and clean seafood, and ample Veggie/Vegan/GF options. Most tacos can come as a bowl if you really want but it’s the secret menu for the regulars so shhhhh. Breakfast tacos will also be a feature.
